    This presentation was truly remarkable! It’s completely evident that, to innovate, initiate, and then incorporate this idea would be INDUSTRY CHANGING for the better.   2. Not sure I get the point of this PP presentation. The attempt to quantify the cited trends is confusing; but perhaps that’s just because I “didn’t get it” or am dumb, or need to have it explained in a presentation. Whatever.

    I do agree, however, that here in Michigan, we are waaaaay “overlawyered”. I also agree that data, including legal data, is making it’s way from the courts and law books to the hand-held computer (or communication device), etc…

    1. Perhaps some of this is lost when you only see the slides — this is about the world that is coming (is already here) and how legal education might pivot to help students be prepared to survive (thrive) 🙂
